The prices are valid per day and per person (netto local tax) for a minimum stay of 7 nights from Sunday to Sunday. They include breakfast with American buffet, dinner with choice of menu, entrees/salad/vegetables buffet, entrèe, side dishes and desert, wi-fi and the free use of our new mini spa.
Beginning on 1 January 2014, a local tax has been introduced in South Tyrol/Südtirol. The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. The amount is contingent upon the category of the establishment (in our case it is 3,00 euro starting from 01.01.24). Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice. Therefore it is not included in the halfboard price/bed & breakfast price.
Welcome aperitif party with apetizer buffet and Ladin style specials dinner are included in the half board price for a minimum stay of one week.
The rooms/suits have private bathroom, tv, wi-fi and safe.
Children/adults in added baby bed/sofabed/folding bed have the right to the following reductions: 0-2 years 20,00 euro a night, 3-8 years -40%, 9-15 years -30%, 16-99 years -20%.
In case of single occupation of a double room we add a minimum of 70% to the halfboard price per person.
The parking spot in our garage is included in the price of our new Juniorsuites(one parking spot per Juniorsuite - max. height 2,20m). For all the other categoriesit is possible to book a parking spot in the garage (while supply lasts) at the cost of 15,00 euro a day (10,00 euro a day for a minimum stay of 7 nights). The parking spots in front of the hotel are for free (not bookable and while supply lasts). If the parking in front of the hotel should be full, you can park in the garage (while supply last and at the cost mentioned above). One parking spot per room/suite is guaranteed between the parking in front of the hotel and the garage.
Unless differently stated, in case of reservation we ask for a deposit of ca. 30% of the total amount (according to the art. 1385 cod.civ.it) within 72 hours from our confirmation. You can send us the deposit by bank transfer (in this case please send us a copy of the transaction at this e-mail address) or credit card.
We would like to remind you that in case of cancellation for any reason until 15 days from the arrival, the deposit will not be refund.
In case of cancellation within 14 days from the arrival we will also charge the remaining 70% of the total amount for the booked period for all booked persons. The full amount would be charged also in case of delate arrivals and/or early departures.
You can take out our Hogast travel insurance, and, if the reasons of the cancellation are covered by it, you will be refund by the insurance company. Our insurance covers in case the guest or a member of the family of the guest should get infected. It does not cover in case of lock down. You can find furhter information here.
If there should be a new lock down in the period you booked, we would hold the deposit for a future stay as we did in the winter 2020/2021.
Not consumed meals wont be refund. It is not possible consume lunches instead of the dinners which are included in the halfboard.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated. Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers' Code).
Unless differently stated, the deposit must be send to us within 72 hours from the confirmation of the booking, or the booking will be cancelled.
Check in from 03.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. (08.15 p.m. for the dinner) - Check out by 10.00 a.m.
For early check it before 03.00 p.m. at the arrival day and/or late check out after 10.00 p.m. of the departure day we charge a minimum of 50,00 euro per room/suite. The service is on request and depends on availability.

You can sattle your bill the evening before departure by cash (untill 5.000,00 euro), credit card, bank card or cheque.
We take no responsability for the objects forgotten in the rooms by our guests at check out and they will therefore be thrown away immediately.
